Funny Chinese, Funny Sunny

Yesterday I posted some pictures of Sunny on my Chinese blog, and added some descriptions, one of those are "最后的学生 (the last students)", because her teacher will retire after this school year. So think about to check Sunny's Chinese, I asked her to read for me what I wrote. She recognized "的(which is a possessive partial)" and "生(has various meaning and different form, 学生 means student, as a noun; 生的 means fresh, not cooked, as an adjective; or verb, (who) deliver (you)". In order to remind her the character before "生", I gave her a clue and asked:"你是什么生的(what gave you birth)?" instead of "你是什么生?What 生 are you?", see only one character different, but totally different meaning. After I asked her, Sunny stared at that character, and answered:"我是妈妈生的. (Mummy gave me birth)"." "Ur....of course, you are right." LOL, my baby, I love you and I love Chinese!
